Convento dos Remédios (Évora)
Megalithica Ebora is an interpretive center on the assets of Evora and it is the result of a partnership between the Municipality of Évora and the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Lisbon.
This is a permanent exhibition that covers two important periods in the ancient history including the recent prehistory (along which was built the landscape megalithic regional) and theRoman period ( time of the founding of the city) .
The highlights of the exhibition content is an interesting set of illustrations and models, whose aim is to provide visitors with interpretive trails leading to a better understanding and enjoyment of the archaeological landscape of Évora.

This exhibition is located in the Convento dos Remédios, a seventeenth-century building, a former Carmelite monastery. The restoration and adaptation of this place however perfectly symbolizes the relationship between the Roman city and the megalithic landscapes, located mostly in the west of the city of Evora.
